Izzi Messina.
Izzi is the founder and principal of Axpelia. He spent the better part of two decades inside the operators — most recently as a Regional Vice President at a global energy & resources business — leading commercial activity across emerging-market partnerships, JVs and integrated project pursuits.
His work has covered the full commercial arc: business development and opportunity identification, tender and bid management, contract negotiation, JV structuring, and the post-deal governance that determines whether the economics in the model ever actually appear in the bank.
He founded Axpelia to do that work directly with founders, executives and investors — without the overhead of a large firm and without the conflicts that come with one. The firm is selective by choice and remains small by design.
Small on purpose.
Most commercial advice is sold by people who don't deliver it. We do both. Every Axpelia mandate is led by the partner you met — through to signing, and into delivery.
